Private violin or viola lessons from a professional player with a degree in music from an accredited university. I am a violinist and a violist in several Maryland orchestras. I teach my students online and in person. Most of my students are members of youth orchestras, and over the years, many of them have played in All-County and All-State orchestras. Some of my students have become professional musicians. It's fun when one of my former students and I are both playing in the same orchestra. I've recently become interested in medieval music, and I play in an early music group, sometimes on rebec, and sometimes on vielle.
